The King III Report on Corporate Governance indicates that corporate governance is grounded on an ethical foundation, and also sets the guidelines on the management of ethics in organisations.
This course will provide participants with practical, skills-based knowledge to enable them to fulfil their Ethics Officer responsibilities.
