We often get requests from people who have complaints about unethical conduct by a business or individual.Although we support holding people accountable for unethical conduct, we do not have the capacity to fulfil such a watchdog function.The links on this page should however put you in contact with relevant regulators who have the mandate to assist with such complaints.

South African Fraud Prevention Services
The South African Fraud Prevention Services (SAFPS) is a not for profit membership association solely dedicated to the prevention of financial crime. One of the core services that SAFPS provides, is the hosting of a fraud database. The database houses information about attempted fraud incidents that have been uploaded by members, and this information is shared and available to registered users.
